Our commitment started with our founder and CEO, Kristi Alford-Haarberg. She founded this company more than a decade ago as a woman-owned business. Kristi was passionate about creating an inclusive culture where people are more than employees. She has developed a culture where top talent is rewarded and has clear career paths to grow. A place where every employee has a voice and brings ideas to the table. This culture has helped to not only build E2 Optics into an industry leader, but also created a family culture where all employees know they are valued.

We are fortunate to have such diverse, talented people. We view our people as more than employees, they are family. Below are some of their stories.
For us, DE&I is so much more than a program. Our culture stems from our beginnings as a woman-owned business. We are proud of our gender, ethnic, racial and identity diversity.
